Where & How We Deliver
Overview
Mediagoats Agencies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at C-13, C Block, Sector 58, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India (“Dr Homeo+”, “we”, “us” or “our”) ships doctor-prescribed homoeopathic medicines and care products to addresses across India.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes in India through reputed courier partners. We do not currently ship outside India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you before you pay for medicines, or refund you in full.
2. Dispatch and delivery times

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Timelines are estimates; delays can occur due to weather, festivals, strikes or courier disruptions.
3. Shipping charges
- Shipping is free on all Hair+ plans (30-Day ₹2,499, 90-Day ₹6,999, 180-Day ₹13,499) within India.
- Any shipping charge for other orders will be shown clearly before payment.
- There are no hidden charges. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
4. Multi-month plans and refills
For 90-Day and 180-Day plans, kits are usually dispatched monthly (or as advised by your doctor) so that your plan can be reviewed before each refill. Each dispatch is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
Tracking & Receiving Your Order
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking link by WhatsApp/SMS. For help, message WhatsApp +91-95600 73030.
6. Receiving your order
- Please check that the outer package is sealed. If it looks tampered or damaged, you may refuse delivery or photograph it and inform us within 48 hours.
- Store medicines in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, as advised on the label.
- Damaged, wrong or missing items are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Failed deliveries
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a shipment returns to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, we will contact you to reship.
