1. About the Services
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dr Homeo+ website and Services offered by Mediagoats Agencies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at C-13, C Block, Sector 58, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India (“Dr Homeo+”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, submitting your details, purchasing a membership or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
Dr Homeo+ is a doctor-led homoeopathy care service. We provide (a) an annual doctor-care membership that gives access to teleconsultations with qualified homoeopathic doctors (BHMS) registered with the National Commission for Homoeopathy or a State Board/Council of Homoeopathy, and (b) delivery of homoeopathic medicines and care products prescribed or recommended by your doctor.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Services for a minor must be booked by a parent or lawful guardian who consents on the minor’s behalf.
- Services and delivery are available within India only.
3. Teleconsultation
- Consultations are provided by video, audio or text (including WhatsApp) in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. By booking, you consent to teleconsultation.
- You must provide true, complete information about your identity, symptoms, history and medicines. Your doctor relies on this information.
- Your doctor decides, in their professional judgement, whether teleconsultation is appropriate, which remedies to prescribe, and whether you need an in-person examination, tests or referral. A doctor may decline to prescribe where it is not appropriate.
- Teleconsultation is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
- Homoeopathic care offered by Dr Homeo+ is supportive and complementary. Individual responses vary and no cure, result or timeline is promised or guaranteed.
- Blood Sugar+ and Blood Pressure+ (when launched) are supportive co-management programmes only. Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine without consulting your treating physician.
4. Membership
- The membership fee is ₹999 per year (inclusive of applicable GST) and gives 12 months of access from the date of payment to: your initial consultation, ongoing review and adjustment of your plan, follow-up coordination on WhatsApp, and care-team support.
- Medicines and treatment products are not included and are charged separately after your doctor’s assessment and your confirmation.
- Membership is personal to the registered member and is not transferable.
- Membership does not renew automatically. We will remind you before expiry; renewal requires a fresh payment.
5. Products, pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Current Hair+ plan prices: 30-Day Starter Routine ₹2,499; 90-Day Protocol ₹6,999; 180-Day Clinical Program ₹13,499.
- The final price of your order is shown to you before payment. We will not dispatch or charge for any medicine without your confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay) via UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. You agree to the gateway’s terms for the payment transaction.
- A GST invoice is issued for every paid transaction.
- We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect orders already paid.
- Products are homoeopathic medicines and care products manufactured in India by licensed manufacturers. Product details, including country of origin, are shown on the label and invoice.
6. Your responsibilities
- Use medicines and products only as directed by your doctor and the label; keep them out of reach of children.
- Inform your doctor promptly of any new symptoms, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or changes in other medicines.
- Do not misuse the Services, share another person’s data without authority, or attempt to interfere with the website.
- Treat doctors and staff respectfully. We may suspend Services for abusive conduct.
7. Cancellations, refunds and delivery
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, videos and design — is owned by or licensed to Mediagoats Agencies Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dr Homeo+ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you, failure to follow medical advice, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier disruption, natural events or network outages). Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Grievances
For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer (details on our Contact Us page). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.
